Return Period

If you are not satisfied with a consultation service, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of the service completion date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

The return period begins on the date your consultation service is completed. For multi-session packages, the return period applies to each individual session.

Cost of Return Shipping

For services that include physical materials, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before the service begins without penalty. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date, a cancellation fee may apply.

Once a service has begun, cancellation may not be possible, and our standard return policy will apply.
